My name is Brian, and I’m a Belfast-based photographer originally from Dublin. I currently work as a press photographer for The Irish News, covering political events and feature stories across Ireland. My photographic style is rooted in documentary practice, often exploring themes of tribal politics and contemporary Irish culture. My work has appeared in publications including The Irish News, Dazed, It’s Nice That, District Magazine, and RTÉ.

Alongside editorial work, I photograph events for clients such as AVA Festival, Seanchoíche, and RíRa. My work has been exhibited internationally at P21 Gallery and Metamorphika Studio in London, as well as in galleries in Dublin, Belfast, and Cork.

After graduating from Queen’s University Belfast, I have worked as a sound designer, contributing to animation projects for Turas, an East Belfast organisation that promotes the Irish language within traditionally Protestant communities.
