My name is Brian, and I’m a freelance photographer based in Belfast, originally from Dublin. I work as a contributing photographer for ZUMA Press, where my documentary work explores themes of tribal politics and contemporary Irish culture. My photography has appeared in publications such as Rotten Magazine, Dazed, It’s Nice That, District Magazine, and RTÉ. In addition to editorial projects, I also work as an events photographer, with past clients including AVA Festival, Seanchoíche, and RíRa. My work has also been exhibited internationally at P21 Gallery and Metamorphika Studio in London, as well as in galleries in Dublin, Belfast, and Cork.

After graduating from Queen’s University Belfast, I have worked as a sound designer, contributing to animation projects for Turas, an East Belfast organisation that promotes the Irish language within traditionally Protestant communities.
